After 15 years in education, Jim Duncklee pursued a long-developing interest and became an independent financial planner in 1989. Starting Jim Duncklee & Associates as a part-time operation, Jim’s early success soon resulted in his leaving education to provide financial services on a full-time basis. In 2010, the name of the business transitioned to Duncklee & Nott when Ken became a partner, and after 30 years working with clients, Jim retired in 2018.
